Terms & Conditions — h55d Platform

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") apply to all users of the h55d platform, accessible at h55d.cam (hereinafter "the Platform", "h55d", "we", "us" or "our"). h55d is an English-language online gaming information and services platform primarily serving users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms apply to all activities on the Platform, including account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in games, use of bonus promotions, and all communications with h55d support. Each user may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

At registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

h55d conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling standards. You may be required to submit documentation — such as a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, utility bill or bank statement — before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. h55d will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify h55d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

By using the Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following general terms apply to all use of the h55d Platform:

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods available to Pakistani users may include options familiar to the local market. The following names are referenced as contextual examples only and do not imply that these providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with h55d or with gambling activity: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. 6.2 Currency

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple and qualifying games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per spin or per wager applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain the source code of any part of the Platform.

All content on the h55d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, software, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of h55d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from h55d.

The h55d name, brand, and any associated logos are proprietary marks of h55d. You may not use these marks in any manner that could cause confusion, misrepresentation, or dilution without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h55d, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings resulting from technical failure, service interruption, or error.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials.
• Losses due to the use of payment methods that are restricted or unavailable in your jurisdiction.
• Any indirect loss arising from gambling activity on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

h55d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in Prohibited Conduct.
• Receipt of a regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request relating to your account.
• Circumstances where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, h55d may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, h55d reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable operator policy and any governing law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to resolution of any outstanding transactions or bonus conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h55d holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is specified by the operator.

Pakistani users are reminded that the laws of Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their use of the Platform in addition to the governing law stated herein. h55d does not provide legal advice. h55d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
